Rosterly Assistant is offered by Steven Lawrence LLC of Savannah, Georgia. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What it is

A personal scheduler and organizer for healthcare workers. It is free to use. It is not a medical record, and it does not replace your employer's official schedule. If your assistant and your employer ever disagree about a shift, your employer's schedule is the one that counts.

Your part

Keep your password to yourself. Do not enter patient names, addresses or health details. Do not use the app to send messages to people who did not ask for them; "Invite my boss" is for inviting someone you actually work with.

Reminders

Reminders are a help, not a promise. Email can be late or land in a spam folder, so please keep track of anything that matters to your job or your license yourself as well.

Changes

We may improve the app and update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that is used to harm others or to break the law.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
