Rosterly Assistant is run by Steven Lawrence LLC of Savannah, Georgia. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we keep
Your name, email, the work title you give us, your time zone and reminder choices, and the things you put in the app: your jobs, shifts, visits, appointments, tasks, credentials and notes. Your password is never stored as you typed it, only as a one-way scrambled form that nobody can read back.
No patient information
Rosterly Assistant is a personal organizer, not a medical record. Please do not enter patient names, addresses, phone numbers or health details. The app keeps home visits by area and client initials only, and that is how it is meant to be used.
If you connect to Rosterly
When you connect with a code from your employer's Rosterly, your assistant reads your own Rosterly shifts, the requests to cover a shift sent to you, and your credentials on file there, so you can see them in one place. It reads only what is yours. Your employer does not see anything you put in your assistant. You can disconnect at any time, from either side.
We email you reminders you asked for and password links you request. You can turn reminder emails off in your Profile. If you use "Invite my boss", we send one message to the address you give, in your name, and nothing more.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, and we do not show you ads.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. That removes your account and everything in it.
